*** COVID-19 Update ***

Our DHL services have now returned to normal operations following two years of disruption. We receive shipments weekly via air, every Saturday. From Saturday 17 December exports will resume on a weekly basis, with our office needing to receive shipments and completed paperwork before 11am  each Friday to make that week’s flight. 

Thank you to our customers for your continued support throughout the pandemic.

Outbound Schedule

The cut-off time for shipments to be received by our office for export is 11 am every Friday, to depart the Falklands on the Saturday. 

Shipments must be received with full, completed paperwork by that time or will not be able to be processed for that week’s flight.

Inbound Schedule

We receive cargo every Saturday evening, once the LATAM flight from Santiago has arrived in the Falklands. We then contact consignees to advise them when they can collect their items from our office, usually on Monday.

Shipments must have transited through Santiago before Thursday to ensure they are loaded on that week’s flight.
