Commissioned in 2013, our EU approved slaughterhouse & cutting plant operates year-round, with increased production of Lamb & Mutton for the export market, in spring & summer.

We have developed a strong customer base for our products in both the UK & EU markets. With domestic production running year-round, we supply both fresh and frozen Beef, Lamb & Mutton to the local community, including restaurants & hotels.

FIMCo plays an integral role in the Falklands agricultural economy & community. Solely supplied by Falkland Island farms, we aim to produce quality products working in conjunction with a dedicated farming community.
