Goodwin Ltd offers both Reactive Maintenance and Planned Maintenance services for either individual property owners or businesses who own multiple properties. Maintenance services can be tailormade to suit the business needs and budget, this can either be on an annual fixed price basis or an hourly rate with good discounts given for multiple properties.
